Public website enquiries

Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to enquiries, membership questions, community programme proposals, partnership requests, and official correspondence. Contact-form messages are delivered to the configured GMEC email address and may be recorded in the portal email log for authorized administrative review.

Members portal

The secure portal contains member, branch, financial, document, and administrative records accessible only to authorized users according to assigned roles and branch permissions.

Security

The website uses CSRF protection, validation, rate limiting, and a honeypot field for public enquiries. Members should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to the GMEC administrator.
